Here, I have focused intensely on the problems, students always possess during their academic discipline. I am inviting students to pay much heed and understand optimistic future of art and design, responsibility and commitment of an artist and designer. How they attempt to translate expose and articulate the concept and ideas for their visual audiences, customers and services they deserve.
Education means the act of teaching and learning. Education nourishes good qualities and develops innate inner capacities of learners. Indian educationist and Western philosophers defined several concepts of education but the core values of all the definitions is to boost innate inborn understanding, talent, versatility, significant values, view point and skill of concerned knowledge of their respective subject.
In case of 'Art' and 'Design' learning, art and design imposes to improve enthusiasm, creates confidence, ability to achieve, attitude to develop concentration on concerned subject, develop insights of seeing and optimistic thinking for strategic planning to conceptual development, explore cognitive and creative skill.
Process of learning art and design in education centres must be innovative in expression, creative in thinking, derive sources in new methods of reform and introspective in matter of opinion.
When, I observe through exciting lens of my curiosity on existing values, merits and advantages of present prescribed syllabus. I feel, we are badly in need to change, amend and implement it for secured future of the target students. Faithful implementation is not restricted only to its content but also how to put it into practice for desired goal. Efective performance of any syllabus is depend on, how concerned peoples striving hard to exercise its content and also co-ordination between intelligent teachers and passionate learners. Learners should be passionate about their dreamt dream and desired objectives and teachers should listen them attentively with noticeable observation to their respective learners. Teacher's attitude of listening creates a confidence within learners which helps to eradicate inner problems and disappointments they possess. Boost their inborn innate expression for innovative ideas the meaningful values.
